Calculation Method

Protein density is simply the protein in your measured serving divided by the serving weight, then multiplied by 100. This normalizes every noodle to the same 100 g reference so you can compare them fairly.

Comparing dry with cooked: Pasta roughly doubles to triples in weight as it absorbs water, so the same noodles show far higher protein per 100 g in dry form. Always compare both noodles on the same basis.
